Celebrating a Year of Cinema at Weymouth Pavilion

Celebrating 1 Year of Cinema here at Weymouth Pavilion

As we look back on a fantastic first year of cinema here at Weymouth Pavilion, we’re incredibly grateful for the amazing support and attendance we’ve seen throughout the year. From showcasing the best new releases, bold independent features to iconic family classics and live theatre! It’s been a joy to share them all with you

Our Cinema turns one!

Over the past twelve months, our cinema has welcomed thousands of film lovers through the doors, bringing together families, friends and visitors to enjoy the magic of the big screen here in Weymouth. From laugh-out-loud comedies like Fackham Hall, edge of your seat thrillers like One Battle After Another and nostalgic favourites like ET: Extra-Terrestrial, we’ve hoped to offer something for everyone.

We’ve been especially proud to see so many returning faces week after week, as well as welcoming new visitors discovering the cinema for the first time. We hope to offer not just great films, but a warm and friendly atmosphere. Keeping tickets at just £5 for all cinema screenings and £15 for all Event Cinema showings (eg. National Theatre Live Productions) reflect our belief that the Cinema should be affordable and accessible for everyone.

With another great year of cinema ahead, we’re looking forward to bringing you even more exciting releases, themed screenings as well as a whole host of family favourites. Whether you’re a regular film fan or planning your first visit, we can’t wait to welcome you back to Weymouth Pavilion for another year of unforgettable movies on the big screen.
