Are you looking for some events to get you into the Christmas spirit? Look no further, here at Weymouth Pavilion we have plenty to offer, starting with our Christmas Pantomime Aladdin which is selling at an unprecedented speed!

Yesterday the cast teamed up with Weymouth Town Council for photos and interviews ahead of Weymouth's quirkiest festive event, Chase the Pudding! The famous annual event will see Mr & Mrs Pudding chased along Weymouth beach by hundreds of Santa’s. The Chase the Pudding race is approximately 5km and is from the Pavilion end of the beach to the groyne at Greenhill and back again.

Want to take part in the festivities? Registration is from 9.30am in the Weymouth Pavilion Ocean Room followed by a warm-up at 10.45am on Weymouth Beach, with the race commencing at 11am. The Chase the Elf race for under 14s will start five minutes after the Chase the Pudding and is a 2km race to the Pier Bandstand and back. All race entry fees, and event sponsorship will go to the Will Mackaness Trust.

If running along the beach dressed at Santa Claus isn’t your thing, why not join us for this years Christmas Pantomime? Bring the whole family along to see Aladdin, which starts on Saturday 11^th December running until Monday 3^rd January with 2pm and 6pm showings most days! This year’s spectacular pantomime has stunning sets, colourful costumes, lavish lights and lots of laughs, we promise you a magical carpet ride into the fantastical world of Aladdin.
