Buying Tickets
- I have tickets for a postponed or cancelled show, what happens now? Don’t panic! The Box Office will contact you as soon as possible over email or telephone with information about your tickets. If a performance has been rescheduled your tickets will be automatically transferred to the new date but if the show has been cancelled the Box Office will be in touch with information about your refund.
- Can I change my seats or can I add another seat to my booking? Yes, you can change your seats or book additional seats depending on availability. Please note there is a £1.50 charge per ticket exchange. Please call us on 01305 783225 and make sure you have your ticket confirmation number to hand!
- How do I book a carer ticket? Free or discounted tickets are available for most performances to those eligible, they can only be booked via the Box Office. Carers must be registered and show proof of their carer status. Proof we accept is a DWP letter, headed 'carers allowance', a CEA card or any recognised carers card/scheme. We do not accept Blue Badge, PIP or any other forms of disability payments, as these do not prove that you would require a carer. Free carer tickets must be booked within the same transaction as the full price ticket, a carer cannot be later added onto an existing order.
- I’ve lost my tickets, what do I do? Don’t panic, just give us a call on 01305 783225 or drop us an email with as much information as possible about your booking.
- What is a family ticket? Family tickets are available for select performances and usually consist of two adults and two children (under 16)
- What is a concession? A Concession is a child under 16 and a senior over 60.
- What methods of payment do you accept? We accept Visa, MasterCard and cash payments.
- Do I need to buy a ticket for my toddler? Our Babes in Arms Policy for all performances permits under 3s to sit on the lap of an adult. If a parent or carer wishes to have a separate seat for their baby they must purchase a ticket accordingly.
- Can I exchange my tickets for another show? No tickets cannot be exchanged for another show. Tickets can only be exchanged for a different performance of the same show and a £1.50 charge will apply per ticket.
