Tickets cannot be refunded unless a performance is officially cancelled. We will not be liable for any additional expenses incurred by customers in the event of a cancelled performance.

Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance, which may be the interval.

Alcohol purchased on the premises is permitted inside the auditorium but please note that bars will be closed whilst the performance is in progress.

The Management reserves the right to make alterations to the advertised price, cast and programme without prior notice.

The Management reserves the right to refuse admission.

The Management reserves the right to provide alternative seats to those purchased.

For your safety the Management reserves the right to search bags and belongings before entry to the theatre.

Although the auditorium is a seated venue, during certain shows there may be some audience members that wish to stand or dance during a performance and could be encouraged to do so by the show itself. Please consider this when booking your tickets.
This is beyond the control of the venue management and refunds will not be given.

CONCESSIONS
Concession ticket prices apply to seniors (over 60) and children (under 16) unless stated otherwise. Family tickets include 2 adults and 2 children.

ACCESSIBILITY
The theatre is wheelchair accessible and has facilities for wheelchair users in the foyer. The auditorium is accessible via a ramp and has 6 wheelchair spaces at the rear of the stalls. These spaces are not available to purchase online and must be booked through the Box Office.

The Ocean Room has a flat floor and is fully accessible for wheelchair users.
