Buying a ticket for an event at Weymouth Pavilion couldn’t be easier.

How and Where to Book

Tickets can be purchased online, over the telephone or in person at the Box Office. Online booking is available 24 hours a day and booking via telephone or at the Box Office is open from 9.30am until at least 6pm every day.

For theatre performances it is possible to choose your seats via all three booking methods. Events held in the Ocean Room are general admission only.

All booking methods accept Visa or MasterCard. No additional charges are made for paying with credit or debit cards. Please note that tickets cannot be reserved without payment.

All ticket purchases are handled securely by our Ticketing Provider ‘SeatAdvisor’. Card transactions will appear on statements as “TLord Weymouth Pavilion”.

Concessions and Discounts

When available, senior discounts apply to patrons aged 60+ and child discounts for under 16s unless stated otherwise. If a discount is listed as Concession it includes both seniors and children.

Family tickets include two adults and two children unless stated otherwise.

Babes in Arms

Our Babes in Arms policy for all performances permits under 2s to sit on the lap of a parent. If a parent wishes to have a separate seat for their baby they must purchase a ticket accordingly.


Weymouth Pavilion is wheelchair accessible and has facilities for wheelchair users in the foyer.

The auditorium is accessible via a ramp and has 6 wheelchair spaces at the back of the stalls in row S. These spaces must be booked through the Box Office. For the majority of shows disabled patrons are allowed one free carer ticket, though this option is not always available. Carer tickets must be booked in person at the Box Office.

The Ocean Room has a flat floor and is fully accessible for wheelchair users. There is no wheelchair access to the auditorium Circle, Piano Bar, Sun Deck or Crow's Nest.

Tickets cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable except in the case of a cancelled performance. Weymouth Pavilion will not be liable for any additional expenses incurred by customers in the event of a cancelled performance.

The use of photographic or recording devices is forbidden inside the auditorium. For the comfort of all our patrons please ensure that any mobile phones or pagers are switched off.

Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance, which may be the interval.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere within Weymouth Pavilion.

Alcohol purchased on the premises is permitted inside the auditorium but please note that bars will be closed whilst the performance is in progress.

The Management reserves the right to make alterations to the advertised cast and programme without prior notice.

The Management reserves the right to refuse admission.

The Management reserves the right to provide alternative seats to those purchased.

Offers and discounts on tickets are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Promotional codes must be given at the time of purchase. Promotional codes cannot be used retrospectively. Weymouth Pavilion is not obliged to offer refunds for failure to supply a promotional code at the point of purchase.

For your safety the Management reserves the right to search bags and belongings before entry to the theatre.
