Sunday 1stJuly marks five years since Weymouth Pavilion re opened! To celebrate, we are holding an open day where you can tuck into head Chef John’s tasty home made lunches, tag along on an exclusive backstage tour and sit back and enjoy the free entertainment that the day has to offer.
Free backstage tours will be going on throughout the day which will give the public a personal insight into the work that goes on behind the scenes, with the first tour at 10am. The tour includes Stalls, Stage, Orchestra Pit, Dressing Rooms, Circle, Piano Bar, Balcony and Sun Deck/Crows Nest. As well as the general tour, we are also taking bookings for the ‘Hidden Areas Tour’ which leads guests into smaller spaces including the Fly Floor, Follow Spot Room and Royal Box.
Enjoy free entertainment from Pirate of the Pavilion's Lee Redwood, music from Ed Hintze and some classical tunes from our very own Giovanni who will be treating us to some Cello.
