PANTO CAST ANNOUNCEMENT!
It’s time to sprinkle some panto magic – and we’re thrilled to reveal that Ellena Bacon will be joining the cast of Jack & The Beanstalk this Christmas at Weymouth Pavilion! From 16th December – 3rd January, Ellena will be stepping into the role of Jill in our GIANT festive adventure. With a wealth of stage experience and a passion for panto, Ellena is ready to bring sparkle, laughter, and plenty of Christmas cheer to audiences of all ages.
Ellena trained at Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts, London and graduated in 2020 with a Trinity Diploma in professional musical theatre. Prior to this Ellena attended Evolution Foundation College, Colchester.
Credits include: Belle in Beauty and the Beast (UK Tour), Rapunzel in Rapunzel (UK Tour), Snow White in Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (Dorking Halls), Fairy Fortywinks in Sleeping Beauty (Weymouth Pavilion) and (Dorking Halls), Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz (The Shaw Theatre, London) and (UK Tour), Linda Manero in Saturday Night Fever (Italia Conti Academy), Sarah Kine in Seven Brides for Seven Brothers (Italia Conti Academy), Aladdin in Aladdin (Spa Pavilion, Felixstowe).
Ellena is thrilled to be playing the role of ‘Jill’ this Christmas at Weymouth Pavilion and returning to Dorset once again for panto at one of her favourite theatres in the country. She hopes you all enjoy the show and that you give the nasty Giant an extra loud “Boo!” every time you see him.
